ARZ

České Švýcarsko o.p.s. is a non-profit organization operated in the region since 2001 and whose mission is encouraging sustainable development in the region. The company was founded by the National Park Czech Switzerland, City Krásná Lípa and the Czech Union for Nature Conservation Tilia. Its main activities are in addition to protecting natural and cultural values ​​of the region, promotion, training and education also support environmentally friendly  tourism and cross-border cooperation. The introduction of a regional brand products in the Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland  is one of the ways to enhance the socio-economic growth of this border region.

Certification is intended mostly for craft and art products, food or agricultural and natural products. The product must meet several criteria - must be produced in the region, have high quality and environmentally friendly and committee evaluates the unique characteristics of product such as: tradition, handmade, connection with the region and the potential to become an tourist souvenir, etc.

Mark ČESKOSASKÉ ŠVÝCARSKO regionální produkt® is also interest to their overlap in Germany, where it has natural partner. Brand covers not only the tourist region of the Czech Switzerland, but thanks to a partnership with the German national park Sächsische Schweiz, also covers almost double territory on the German side of the border.
